How do I change my order?
If you need to make urgent changes to your order, please reach out via email at info@poeticprovisions.com
Please notify us of any changes as soon as possible. While we will endeavour to make the requested adjustments to your order, if the parcel has already been invoiced out or dispatched, changes are unable to be made.
Once a payment has been received and your order is completed, it is then subject to the returns policy.
What does final sale mean?
If a product mentions final sale, this product is final sale and cannot be returned.
If I apply a promotional code to my full price item can I still return for a refund?
If you have purchased a full-price item with a promotional code, it is still classified as a full-price item on a temporary promotion and is eligible for a refund at the value for which it was purchased.
Pre Orders
Get your hot little hands on our incoming must-haves. We offer pre-order for a select range of styles. Pre-order allows our customer the ability to secure highly sort after styles before the product arrives. Estimated delivery times are outlined when viewing the product online.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the pre-order style has been dispatched. Please note, any non pre-order styles will be dispatched separately and with priority.
