Returning your order
Things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind for any reason within 15 days of receiving your online order, we offer returns for all full priced items subject to the below conditions.
Sale items and accessories are considered final sale and are unable to be returned. All items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
Start a Return

Once, we receive your request, we will reply with a confirmation for your return request.
Return Cost
Customers are responsible for shipping returned items back to us. Please return your item(s) by purchasing your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice. We recommend to shipping returns via a trackable method as we are not responsible for lost packages.
Processing Time For Returns
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse facility, please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
Refunds
Returns are refunded back to the original form of payment and should appear in your bank account within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
International Returns
At this time, we are unable to accept International returns. All international purchases are final sale.
Exchanges
We are unable to facilitate exchanges at this time. If you wish to change your size or style, we recommend you repurchase and return your original order for a refund or gift card in accordance with our return conditions. We know you’ll find something else to love.
Faulty Item Returns
If you believe your item has a fault or you have received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team with your order number and images of the fault within 5 days of receiving your item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Garment Return Conditions
All returned items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached. If the returned item/s do not meet these conditions, it may be returned to you at anadditionalcharge.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on limited-releases, sale items, or gift cards.
